Job Description

 Overview: 
Seeking a dynamic leader with at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services, to guide a team, drive business growth, and align team goals with company objectives. Local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities: 
Lead a team of 10–12 members, providing guidance to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Ensure team objectives are in line with the company’s overall business goals.
Work alongside team members in the field to secure deals and drive business growth.
Coach and support front-line managers and advisors in their career progression.
Foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration and development.

Candidate Profile: 
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of banking products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preference will be given to local candidates.
