We are hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are met. If you have strong leadership and sales skills, this role is for you.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Lead and support a team of sales executives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
