Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Primary sales of Life Insurance to the Consumer , mapping of assigned territory.
- Overall responsibility for all Sales and Business Development activities in the project for assigned Territory.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Execute channel sales strategy to drive market penetration and maximize revenue in the Territory.
Qualification :
Bachelor Degree In Any Field
Minimum 2 Years Of Experience in Sales & Marketing
Age Will Be 21 To 38
