Job Title: Sales Consultant

CTC: ₹3.00 to 3.45 lpa Incentive and bonus
Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring a Sales Consultant to support our business growth in Belgaum. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product or service solutions to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

.Identify and approach potential clients through calls, visits, or referrals
.Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services
.Follow up with leads and close sales within defined timelines
.Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
.Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system
.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

.Graduate in any stream
.0–2 years of experience in sales (freshers can apply)
.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
.Goal-oriented and self-motivated
.Basic computer knowledge
