Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Consultant – BFSI to promote and sell financial products. You will interact with clients, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable solutions to help them make informed decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Explain and sell various life insurance products
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and convert prospects into customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales pipeline
• Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
