Job Summary: The Sales Consultant – BFSI drives business growth by selling insurance policies and services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They identify customer needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and handle policy renewals and modifications, while staying current and updated on industry trends and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit and set up a own team who can provide customers the best ideas of policies and products.
- Design and implement marketing plans.
- Attend networking events and build relationships with brokers and introducers.
- Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulations.
- Provide technical and market support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales and marketing required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
