Job Description
The Sales Coordination Manager acts as a key link between the sales team and internal departments. This role is responsible for streamlining sales processes, managing backend operations, and supporting the field sales team to ensure smooth execution of targets and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update sales reports, dashboards, and MIS data regularly
- Track and allocate incoming leads, follow up on progress, and ensure timely closure
- Act as a central point of contact between sales managers, executives, and other departments
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience
- Age between 24 to 40 years
- Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Able to manage and guide a team
