Job Summary:
A Sales Coordinator has to support the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth operations, ultimately contributing to the achievement of sales targets. They should understand the sales team, clients, and other departments, and provide administrative and logistical support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit a team manage, guide and make them achieve the sales targets and organization’s goals.
- Organizing meetings, appointments, and sales events for the team.
- Keeping clients informed about relevant policy changes, new products, and upcoming events.
- Maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management with sales data.
- Responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing after-sales support.
- Working with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct minimum 1 year of sales in any field + 6 months of sales in BFSI sector
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
