Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
Convert leads into successful sales
Resolve customer complaints and service requests
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Qualifications
Graduation mandatory (any stream)
Minimum 2 years experience in sales / customer service / telecalling
Good communication skills in English & local language
Comfortable with targets and customer interaction
