Position: Sales Development Manager
Location: Madhya Pradesh (Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain, etc.)
Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years in Sales / Insurance / BFSI / Field Sales
Qualification: Any Graduate / Preferred
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + Lucrative Incentives + Allowances
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of financial advisors/agents.
- Drive business through team and individual sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through active fieldwork.
- Motivate and monitor team performance to ensure high productivity.
- Plan sales strategies and monitor market trends to increase business share.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales (insurance, banking, or financial products preferred).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development.
