Position: Sales Development Manager
Experience: 2+ years in Sales / BFSI / Field Sales (Life Insurance preferred)
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA Preferred
Compensation: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Lucrative Incentives + Benefits
Location: Rajasthan (Multiple Locations)
Preference: Local Candidates Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train & lead a team of Sales Advisors/Agents.
• Drive business through team sales and personal sourcing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Motivate and guide the team for higher productivity.
