Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Financial Advisors / Agents to achieve sales targets.
- Drive sales through effective team management and business development activities.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and markets.
- Ensure proper onboarding and performance tracking of team members.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and referrals.
- Regularly review sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team-handling ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Good understanding of local markets and customer behavior.
- Experience in Life Insurance / Banking Sales preferred.
