Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Financial Advisors / Agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive sales through effective team management and business development activities.
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and markets.
  • Ensure proper onboarding and performance tracking of team members.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and referrals.
  • Regularly review sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team-handling ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
  • Good understanding of local markets and customer behavior.
  • Experience in Life Insurance / Banking Sales preferred.
