Job Description

We’re seeking a results-oriented individual to join our team and drive sales of our insurance products. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by effectively presenting our insurance solutions.
  • Connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend tailored plans.
  • Guide clients through every step of the process, providing exceptional service before and after the sale.
  • Nurture lasting relationships by staying in touch with clients and addressing their concerns.
  • Maintain a high standard of service and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualification Criteria: 

  • A graduate with at least one year of experience in banking, finance, or insurance sales, specifically in life insurance.
  • You are between 22-38 years old and have lived in the area for the past 3-5 years.
  • You possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You are a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve goals.
