Job Description

A Sales Development Executive (SDE) is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating new business opportunities for a company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and build a pipeline of potential customers and decision-makers.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent and personalized communication.
  • Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly activities and performance metrics.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and ensure continued interest.

Qualification:

  • Graduate is mandatory.
  • We need to work on 100% on-field for sales of policies.
  • Experience : 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales.
  • Age : Minimum 21 Years, Max 38 Years
  • Fix CTC + Incentive
  • Candidates will be on the payroll of organization.
