Job Description

As a Sales development Executive, your job is to build strong connections with clients, understand their needs, and offer them the right insurance solutions. You’ll focus on keeping customers happy, renewing policies, and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Build and maintain relationships with clients

✅ Understand customer needs & suggest the best insurance plans

✅ Help clients with policy selection, paperwork, renewals, and claims

✅ Provide excellent support & resolve queries quickly

Requirements:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree

✔ Experience: 2+ years in sales or agency development

✔ Skills: Strong leadership & relationship-building

✔ Travel: Willing to travel to meet agents

✔ Goal: Ability to drive sales effectively
