Our sales department is looking forward to hiring a passionate and hardworking candidate to work with us as a Sales Development Executive. As a Sales Development Manager, you will manage and supervise the entire sales team.
CTC up to 3.45 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, and other prospecting activities.
- Identify potential customers or clients through research, networking, and referrals.
- Network within the industry to build a strong professional network.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Possess a minimum of 1+ years of sales experience.
