Job Description
To expand our insurance distribution network, we are looking for someone who is results-driven. You will be based in Bangalore and will be in charge of finding, training, and overseeing agency partners in the area you have been given. This is a high-impact position that is perfect for a driven individual who likes to establish relationships and do well in sales.
Principal Duties:
Find and integrate new agency partners and insurance advisors.
Regularly train and mentor partners to enhance their performance.
Monitor sales data and promote goal attainment throughout the region.
Increase involvement by providing constant encouragement and support.
The ideal applicant:
A minimum of one year’s experience in sales, regardless of industry
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and open to local travel
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Living in Bangalore
