Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to enhance our sales operations by driving target achievement, managing client interactions, and leading our sales team to success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while overseeing team performance
  • Liaise with clients and address their inquiries promptly
  • Compile sales reports and evaluate market trends
  • Support the training and mentorship of the sales team
  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert potential clients
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing development of sales team members

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (any industry)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing teams
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide teams toward business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster robust client and team relationships
