Job Summary:
The Sales Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and promoting insurance products. The role focuses on creating sales opportunities, building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads for BFSI products and services.
- Approach potential customers to understand their needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, and suitability to clients.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
