Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and promoting insurance products. The role focuses on creating sales opportunities, building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads for BFSI products and services.
  • Approach potential customers to understand their needs.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and suitability to clients.
  • Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
