We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.

·         Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

·         Recruitment and Training: Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing training and development for new and existing sales agents.

·         Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance business retention and referrals.

·         Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes to ensure agents are well-informed and effective.

·         Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

·         Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance industry.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).

·         Proven experience in insurance sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·         Strong leadership and team management skills.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales plans.

·         Knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
