We are looking for an insurance Sales Development Manager to be responsible
for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team,setting and
monitoring sales goals, insurance policy records,facilitating the professional development of the team, and
providing customer support.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1.Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line
2.Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
3.Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
4.Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
5.Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
6.Meet Business Targets
7.Improve agent productivity & retention
8.Maintain the quality vectors of business including persistency and surrender

Requirements:

Qualifications: Any Graduate ( Diploma: 10+2+ 3 yrs of Diploma)

Age: upto 38 years

Experiance: Min. 1 year in field of sales
