Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled agency manager to lead sales teams, meet targets, and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth industry expertise and a proven track record in sales management.

CTC up to 3.45 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing sales performance, market trends, and competitor strategies comprehensively.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Strategically generating leads through networking and proactive prospecting.
• Identifying potential clients through research and leveraging referrals.
•  Arranging and conducting face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs.
•  Actively participating in industry networking events to expand professional connections.

Candidate Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year in field sales roles.
• Age range: 21 to 38 years.
• Must be a local native, preferably with over 3-5 years of local experience.
