Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of life insurance agents within the agency channel. Your primary focus will be on growing sales by building a strong team of successful insurance professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate and coach your team to achieve their sales goals.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new agents and clients.
- Conduct presentations on life insurance products and benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and industry partners.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure all agents comply with state and federal insurance regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
