Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of talented insurance agents, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to help them reach their full potential.
- Closely monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and develop effective strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure client needs are consistently met and exceeded.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, building strong internal and external relationships.
- Proactively seek out new clients through networking, prospecting, and industry events.
Candidate Criteria:
- Gradutaion is compulsory.
- 2-3 Years of experience in BFSI Sales and Insurance sales.
- Age criteria 22 to 37 Years.
