Looking sales person who can build team and generate business from them

Roles And Responsibilities :

– Achieve branch targets through monthly initiative launches and drive

– Identifying Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors

– Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity

– Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

– Finding agents and offering ongoing instruction in the sales of insurance policies.

– Taking part in networking activities to attract and retain clients.

– Assisting with campaigns for marketing and advertising.

– Monitoring and analyzing sales data and reporting day to day activities to reporting head.

– Organizing and attending networking events in India & Overseas.

– Addressing any client queries in a timely and professional manner

– Set and achieve sales goals for all territories and channels

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification : Graduation in any field

Age : Minimum 25 Years – Maximum 38 Years

– Two-Wheeler Required

– 2 To 4 years of field sales experience

– Staying in the same city for more than 5 years

– Good stability.

– Presently working
