We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network
Key Performers
• Utilize strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Generate leads through various channels and networking.
• Lead and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
• Meet with potential clients to discuss insurance options with the channel sales team.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Any field
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to close deals
• A minimum of 2-4 years experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
