We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Sales Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

·         Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.

·         Provide training and motivation to your team.

·         Source business through both your team and clients.

·         Meet monthly sales goals consistently.

·         Foster strong relationships with customers.

Who Should Apply:

1. Bachelor’s degree required

2. Min. 2+ years of field sales experience needed.

3. Up to 3.50 LPA + incentive + Other Benefit

4. Strong communication & sales skills are essential.

5. A bike and a valid license are required.
