Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective agency channel for assign branch
  • Managing the recruitment of Agents and Wellness Officers
  • Sales & Business Development of Life insurance products
  • Handling strategic alliances and tie-ups with various channel partners
  • Should be balance between Sales & Claims
  • Analyzing health insurance business potential.
  • Arrange the product training programs and awareness session
  • Achievement of overall sales targets.
  • Execute sales promotional activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Graduate
  • Experience: 2+ Years in any field of sales & Marketing
  •  Age: Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
  • Two-Wheeler Required
