Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Manager to oversee the recruitment, training, and development of insurance agents within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• In order to meet sales goals, oversee and lead a group of sales representatives.
• Create and put into action sales strategies to propel company expansion.
• Hire, develop, and coach members of the sales team.
• Examine sales information and patterns to maximize efficiency.
• Create and preserve a solid rapport with your clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Sales and marketing experience
• Must be local
• Age limit 21 to 38
