Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to lead and drive growth within our agency channel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the agency channel.
- Lead and support a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
- Conduct training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales performance and provide strategic insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum age limit: 21 to 38
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
- Analytical approach with a focus on achieving set objectives.
- Must be local
