We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Manager to join our insurance agency channel.

Key Responsibilities: 
Develop and support a network of insurance agents.
Achieve sales targets through field sales efforts.
Provide excellent customer service and agent support.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Need at least 2 year of field sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Must possess a bike and a valid driver’s license.
