Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
· Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
· Monitor performance metrics such as premium volume, persistency rates, and customer satisfaction to optimize agent productivity.
· Increase the penetration and Customer footfall at branch level by doing various local marketing activities.
· Hire, train and monitor the performance of Team members.
· Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in sales and marketing in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Pharma, Telecom, Education, Institution Sales etc.
· Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Any Bachelor Degree
· 2 + year experience in sale and marketing in any field
· Age between 21 to 38
