Position Overview: Sales Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and Lead a Team of Financial Advisors: Recruit and train a team of financial advisors, providing guidance and leadership to ensure their success.
- Follow-Up on Leads: Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated, ensuring no missed opportunity.
- Meeting and Explaining Benefits of Product to Customers: Conduct meetings with potential customers to explain the benefits of the financial products offered by the organization.
- Bring More Business to the Organization: Drive sales efforts to increase business revenue and achieve organizational goals.
Qualification Criteria:
- Graduation is a Must: Candidates must possess a graduation degree.
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 21 to 38 years old.
- Experience: Min. 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer, Broker, Education sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, Product Marketing, Etc.,)
- Local Candidate: Preference will be given to candidates residing locally.
