Job Description
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agencies within our assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our business within the agency channel.
· Prospect and develop relationships with new and existing agency partners.
· Provide ongoing support and training to agency partners on our products and services.
· Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld
· meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
Qualifications:
excellent oral and written communication skills
confident and charismatic approach to people
2 to 6 Years Exp in FMCG , BFSI , Mutual Funds, Any Field Sales
Graduation / Post Graduation / MBA
strong knowledge of industry standards
