Job Summary:
Through the development of sales strategies, client relationship management, and new business opportunity identification, the Sales Development Manager is in charge of fostering growth. The primary objectives of this position are to increase market presence, achieve sales goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customized insurance solutions.
Primary Accountabilities:
Find and seize fresh business prospects.
Create and preserve relationships with clients.
Create and implement sales tactics in order to reach goals.
Work together with the service, underwriting, and marketing departments.
Send senior management reports and market insights.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements:
At least one year of sales experience in any business.
Education level: graduate.
Age: between 22 and 38 years.
Excellent communication skills as well as strong sales abilities.
