RULES AND RESPONSIBILITY :-

• Hiring a new agent for increase the sales .
• Lead your sales development team to achieving organization goal .
• You will responsible for their coaching performance management working closely with your sales team to enhance your sales activity .
• Maintain customer relationships .
• Be an expert on the company product, market , and competitor .
• Your duties will including overseeing sales staff operations initiating and coordinating to reach target.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :-

• Age should between 21 to 38 year .
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or marketing .
• Bachelor must be completed in any stream or 10th+12th +3 year diploma .
• Totally field work .
• Fix salary + incentive .
• Delivering on outbound and inbound growth initiative goals .
• Participating in the recruiting process and making hiring decisions .
