Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. In this role, you will focus on developing effective sales strategies, optimizing lead generation, and managing a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales targets. You will work closely with both sales and marketing teams to refine processes and foster strong client relationships to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve business goals.
Create and implement strategies for lead generation and business development.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and enhance lead conversion.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to align goals, strategies, and messaging.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients to grow the sales pipeline.
Continuously assess and improve the sales development process to align with company objectives.
Stay informed on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Requirement:

Proven leadership experience in a sales or business development role.
Strong ability to motivate and manage teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
Bachelor’s degree in Business.
