We need a proven Sales Leader to take our business to the next level.
Requirements
Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
Develop strategic plans to facilitate the growth of insurance products.
Provide comprehensive training to advisors regarding products, processes, and policies.
Establish and maintain relationships with insurance companies while coordinating relevant activities.
Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of insurance sales activities.
Offer operational support to branches concerning user logins and issuance processes.
Conduct presentations on business opportunities to attract new advisors.
Candidate Essentials:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of two years of experience in field sales.
- Ownership of a bicycle and possession of a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
