Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
2. Develop and execute sales development strategies to drive pipeline growth.
3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies.
4. Analyze sales performance metrics and provide coaching for improvement.
5. Meet and exceed sales development targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

– 2+ years core sales, Marketing or business development experience
– Proven track record of success in sales development leadership
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Strong understanding of sales development processes and technologies
