Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales development strategies to drive qualified leads.
2. Lead and manage a team of SDRs, providing coaching, training, and guidance.
3. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies.
4. Analyze sales development metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Meet and exceed sales development targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of core sales, marketing or business development experience.
2. Proven track record of driving sales development growth.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong understanding of sales development processes and technologies.
