Job Summary:  
To join our team in the Agency Channel for our insurance sector, we are looking for an Sales Development Manager  that is extremely focused and results oriented. The ideal applicant will be in charge of promoting our line of insurance products, creating new business prospects, and cultivating enduring relationships with agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:  
Find and approach possible customers in the designated area or territory.
Use a variety of methods, including cold calling, networking, internet platforms, and referrals, to find and qualify possible customers.
To determine a client’s insurance requirements and suggest suitable coverage options, conduct needs assessments.
Create and preserve enduring, solid relationships with your clientele.
Keep thorough records of every sales activity, including proposals, appointments, leads, and closed transactions.

Desired candidate profile:  
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
