Location: Kolkata, India
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Manager with at least 1 year of experience in the BFSI sector to lead and grow our sales development team in Kolkata. The role involves managing lead generation, team performance, and collaboration with marketing and sales to drive business growth.
LOCATION – KOLKATA
SALARY PACKAGE – 2.40 LPA – 3.20 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and manage the Sales Development team.
Develop strategies for lead generation and qualification.
Optimize CRM usage and track sales metrics.
Align sales development efforts with marketing and sales goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
