We are looking for an Sales Development Manager to guide, mentor, and motivate agents in order to boost their output and development.

Principal Duties:

• Hire, train, and onboard agents while making sure they fulfill performance goals.
• Offer individualized development plans, performance reviews, and continuing coaching.
• Create and provide interesting training courses to improve agent proficiency.
• Work together with leadership to match corporate objectives with agent growth.
• Encourage and honor exceptional work while cultivating a supportive team atmosphere.

Requirements:

• A degree is required.
• 2+ years of marketing and sales experience.
• strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication abilities.
• At least 3+years of local residency or native experience.
