Principal Duties:
- Hire, train, and onboard agents while making sure they fulfill performance goals.
- Offer individualized development plans, performance reviews, and continuing coaching.
- Create and provide interesting training courses to improve agent proficiency.
- Work together with leadership to match corporate objectives with agent growth.
- Encourage and honor exceptional work while cultivating a supportive team atmosphere.
Requirements:
- A degree is required.
- 2+ years of marketing and sales experience.
- strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication abilities.
- At least 3+years of local residency or native experience.
