Job Description

Sales Development Manager manage the team’s performance and ensure the team meets its goals.

Requirement:

• Graduation is compulsory.
• Age: 24 to 38 is required.
• Min 2 + years of experience in sales or Marketing.
• Must have local candidate
• Experience in sales, customer support, or Team Leading.

Responsibility:

• leads a team of sales development representatives to generate sales leads and build a sales pipeline.
• Use data to identify trends and anticipate potential challenges
• Intervene to adjust strategies and provide additional coaching
• Work with marketing, sales, and other departments to achieve sales objectives
