Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Engage with leads, understand their needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for calls, emails, and qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- 2-5 years in sales, business development
- Excellent communication
