The person who is chosen for the job will handle recruitment, training, and management of agents with the aim of optimizing their performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Enlist, instruct, and oversee a group of agents to guarantee ideal performance.
  • Establish sales targets, monitor advancement toward them, and enact measures to reach those targets.
  • Respond to customer questions and guarantee that outstanding service standards are upheld.
  • Manage and implement marketing initiatives to enhance the agency’s profile.
  • Guarantee adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Keep an eye on how the team performs and offer coaching and feedback on a continual basis.
  • Regularly report the performance and results of the team to senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote business growth and income.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
