We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to lead and expand business within a specific region. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of skilled financial advisors to achieve sales targets and drive overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies based on performance analysis.
  • Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and support to enhance advisor performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Equip agents with effective strategies to target high-value customer segments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduation is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing across any sector.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team toward achieving business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build solid relationships with both agents and clients.
