- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies based on performance analysis.
- Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and support to enhance advisor performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Equip agents with effective strategies to target high-value customer segments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduation is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing across any sector.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage teams effectively.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team toward achieving business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build solid relationships with both agents and clients.
