responsible for overseeing and leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate new business opportunities and drive the sales pipeline. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualification efforts, ensuring that high-quality leads are passed on to the sales team for further conversion. Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve individual and team goals.
2.Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and sales skills.
3.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Oversee and direct the team’s lead generation efforts, ensuring effective outreach and prospecting.
4.Develop and implement strategies for generating qualified leads and ensuring the lead qualification process aligns with the sales pipeline.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales or sales development, with at least 1-2 years in a management or leadership role.
Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline development.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
