The Sales Development Manager is responsible for fostering growth in the designated region by recruiting, managing, and nurturing a team of skilled agents. This role is essential in achieving sales objectives while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and train new agents to establish a robust sales network in the region.
- Formulate and implement strategies to improve agent performance and meet sales targets.
- Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and coaching to enhance agent productivity and effectiveness.
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities to spot new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure agents receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
- Ensure that all activities align with company policies and industry compliance standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, with a preference for the insurance sector.
- A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets and effectively managing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to analyze data and create strategies for business growth.
