Location: Shajapur
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead and motivate a team of SDRs. You’ll oversee lead generation, pipeline growth, and team performance to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Sales team to achieve targets.
Oversee lead qualification and ensure high-quality prospects for the sales team.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on outreach campaigns.
Monitor and report on team performance and KPIs.

Qualifications:
1+ years in sales with Proven certificates
Bachelor Degree is Mandatory
Local Candidates Preferable
